Project Description
The project will develop an implementation-ready tri-sectoral strategy for Cambodia that aligns agriculture, water resources, and rural development planning. It will support the Tri-Sectoral Working Group in building a shared evidence base, analysing sector constraints and opportunities, defining strategic objectives and theories of change, prioritising and sequencing interventions, preparing an implementation and monitoring framework, and developing resource mobilisation and communication materials.
Project Objective
To establish a practical, government-led framework for coordinated action across agriculture, water resources, and rural development to improve productivity, strengthen climate resilience, increase rural incomes, support inclusive growth, and mobilise investment for priority interventions during 2026–2030.
