SIN Sopharith
Research Associate
Sopharith is currently a research associate at the Centre for Educational Research and Innovation. He joins CDRI with a strong background in policy formulation and analysis, stakeholder engagement, and research. He is passionate about driving inclusive social protection systems, decentralization, and institutional reforms to create lasting social and economic impact.
His contributions to community development and leadership have been recognized through prestigious awards, including the Leader in Communities Award – The University of Melbourne (2020) and the Australian Awards – Government of Australia (2018). Sopharith holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Management from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
Here at CDRI, his research focuses on social protection, TVET and STEM for a just transition, inclusive education, and AI for public sector innovation.
