Research Assistant

NOU Sei Hak is a Research Assistant at the Centre for Educational Research and Innovation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Relations and is currently pursuing a Certification in International Economics at the Institute for International Studies and Public Policy (IISPP), Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP).

His research interests focuses on socio-economic and policy development, with an emphasis on educational development and inclusion, education technology (EdTech) and digitalization, and international relations in the context of knowledge exchange.
