On 12 September 2025, the Cambodia Development Resource Institute (CDRI) and Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MOLVT) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the Cooperation in Joint Policy Research and Capacity Development.
With the esteemed presence of His Excellency Heng Sour, Minister of Labour and Vocational Training and Dr Eng Netra, Executive Director of Cambodia Development Resource Institute, the signing of this Memorandum of Understanding underscores a joint commitment to advancing research on the labour market and vocational training, with the aim of fostering resilience development that encompasses raising awareness, strengthening the job market, promoting social security, and enhancing vocational training.
