CHREA Sesokunthideth

Research Associate

Prior to becoming a Research Associate at CDRI, Ms CHREA Sesokunthideth had worked for many years at the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, under which she first obtained work experience in the Technical Vocational Education and Training, and then involved in labour market study, including Cambodia’s skills and jobs survey and minimum wage. Ms CHREA obtained her Master’s degree in Economics from Kobe University in 2017. She has strong interest in development research and works hard to gain her experience in quantitative research. Her research interests include, but are not limited to, economics of education, labour economics and environmental economics. At CDRI, she hopes to acquire further experience, and at the same time, contribute to development research at the Centre for Policy Research in Agriculture and Rural Development. She strongly believes that through research, effective development policies can be recommended as well as formulated.
