THON Vimealea, Research Associate, Democratic Governance and Public Sector Reform Programme 

Ms. THON recently joined CDRI as a Research Associate in the Democratic Governance and Public Sector Reform Programme. Before this, from 2003, she was a lecturer in English at the Institute of Foreign Languages (IFL) and a faculty member of the Master of Development Studies program at the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP). She holds a Bachelor of Education from IFL and completed a Master's Degree in Development Economics from Williams College, USA, while on a Fulbright scholarship.
