Ms Ly Tem joined CDRI in November 2006 and is currently working as a Research Assistant on the Governance and Decentralisation Program. Her interests include decentralisation and political culture. She previously held the position of Program Assistant for the Economy and Environmental Program for Southeast Asia (EEPSEA) for one year. For fifteen months she was also a library volunteer at Cambodia Development Resource Institute (CDRI). Ms Ly holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration in Management from the National Institute of Business (NIB).
