Visiting Fellow

Oudom Hean is a scholar for the Challey Institute for Global Innovation and Growth and a faculty of finance in the College of Business at North Dakota State University. He is an applied economist whose interests lie at the intersection of regional economics, urban economics, and public economics. His current research focuses on the causes and consequences of diverging economic growth across urban and rural areas, with a particular interest in innovation, the minimum wage, and offshoring.
