In partnership with ANZ Royal Bank, CDRI – Cambodia’s leading independent development policy research institute will host the 5th Cambodia Outlook Conference (COC) this March in Phnom Penh.
The 2011 Cambodia Outlook Conference on the theme “Driving High Growth and Sustainable Development for Cambodia - Opportunities and Challenges” to be held at the Phnom Penh Hotel and is by invitation only.
Following the past four very successful annual Outlook Conferences, the 2011 Cambodia Outlook Conference will bring together some 300 personally invited leaders from government, the private sector, research and civil society organisations, and the international development community to consider Cambodia's achievements and its future.
The opening keynote address of the 2011 Outlook Conference will be delivered on the morning of Wednesday 16 March by the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN.
There will be presentations on some aspects of driving High Growth and Sustainable Development for Cambodia - Opportunities and Challenges, followed by a series of presentations and debates over growth in some sectors.

The inspiring messages of 2011 Outlook Conference will be delivered through the interviews of H.E. Dr Hang Chuon Naron, Permanent Vice Chairman, Supreme National Economic Council, Secretary of State, Ministry of Economy and Finance, and Chair, CDRI Board of Directors, and Mr Stephen Higgins, CEO, ANZ Royal Bank. The interviews will be airing on CTN and SEATV as following schedules:
1. CTN Channel: The interview of H.E. Dr Hang Chuon Naron will be airing on 10 March 2011 at 1 pm and 7pm
2. CTN Channel: The interview of Mr Stephen Higgins will be airing on 11 March 2011 at 1 pm and 7pm
